The founder of ELITE CAREER INSTITUTE is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse and accomplished career path. Starting as a Home Health Aide (HHA), she quickly realized her passion for patient care and the critical role healthcare professionals play in improving lives. Through hard work and commitment to advancing her education, she progressed from HHA to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then from CNA to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and ultimately became a Registered Nurse (RN). In 2021, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN), further solidifying her expertise and leadership in the healthcare field.

With extensive experience in various nursing roles, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals at every stage of their careers. This firsthand experience fuels her commitment to providing high-quality education at ELITE CAREER INSTITUTE. Her mission is to empower and guide the next generation of healthcare professionals by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed and make a meaningful impact in patient care.
